Here are the download and instructions to install your own Live broadcast server!

  Create folder called "EBN Live"

Download these 2 programs into the new folder.

  !st Program

  Main Program

  Then download this program.

  Encoder

Open the Main Program and let it install.

Let it install its default settings, no info to put in. Do not choose to let

it install the 4 free programs it lists, just keep clicking Next until it's finished.

A pop up box will appear at the last, Check at the bottom right  " Do not ask..."

That's the only thing to do with this box. Then click Later.

If Win Amp pops up , close it.

Open the Encoder program and let it self install by clicking next until it gets to the end, and

click No on the "Read me".

Open Win Amp program that has been installed. Should be in your task bar.

Close the bottom section by clicking on the little x in the upper right portion.

Left click in the middle of the Playlist Editor and drag it directly under the Win Amp player

until it touches it. This joins them. Then click on the outer part of the WinAmp to drag it to the left

to make it the same size as the Playlist editor.

In the Win Amp the top links go to Options, then Preferences. Then scroll down the list to the DSP/Effect.

Double click on the upper left Nullsoft Shoutcast.

The Shoutcast Source Encoder should pop up.

  Close the Preferences.

Install these settings in the Shout Cast Source.

  Full settings are:

You can choose your stream size in the Encoder tab.

Remember the higher the stream, the better the quality.
However many still have dial up and won't be able to hear

very well above 32 bits. Which is just fine in most cases.

The Input tab lets you choose the source. The WinAmp

is the files you select to play in the player/playlist from you computers

hard drive or a audio file's server based URL address.

The microphone is the input from your microphone

or audio in jack in the computer.
